No. We provide practical home and lifestyle support only. We do not provide washing, dressing, medication or medical care.
Can I book a one-off visit?
Absolutely. You can choose one-off visits or regular monthly memberships depending on your needs.
Are you insured?
Yes. Sorted. operates with appropriate business insurance, giving clients confidence and peace of mind.
Which areas do you cover?
We cover Eastbourne, Meads, Old Town, Upperton, Sovereign Harbour, Hampden Park, Willingdon, Langney, Polegate, Pevensey and Seaford.
Do you charge extra for evenings or weekends?
Our standard rates apply to regular weekday hours. For out-of-hours support, standard premiums apply: after 8pm +20%, Sundays +25%, and Bank Holidays +50%. Mileage charges may also apply outside our core service area.
