Is the consultation free?
Yes. Your initial consultation is complimentary and there is no
obligation to book a service or membership afterwards.
Do I need to know exactly which service I need?
No. You can simply explain what you would like help with. We will
then recommend the most suitable service, session or membership.
Can a family member enquire on someone else's behalf?
Yes. Family members can contact us to discuss possible support
for a relative. We will always involve the person receiving the
service and respect their wishes, privacy and consent.
Do you provide personal or medical care?
No. Sorted. provides practical home and lifestyle support,
companionship and organisation. We do not provide personal care,
nursing care or medical treatment.
How quickly will you respond?
We aim to respond within one working day, often much sooner.
Enquiries received during evenings or weekends will be reviewed on
the next working day.
Is one-off support available?
Yes. You can book flexible one-off or ad-hoc support without
joining a monthly membership.
