Is the consultation free?
Yes. Your initial consultation is complimentary and there is no obligation to book a service or membership afterwards.
Do I need to know exactly which service I need?
No. Simply tell us what you'd like help with. We can then recommend the most appropriate service, flexible booking or membership.
Can I contact you on behalf of a relative?
Yes. Family members are welcome to enquire about possible support for someone they care about. The person receiving the service will always be involved and their wishes and privacy respected.
Do you provide personal or medical care?
No. Sorted. provides non-medical home and lifestyle support, practical assistance, organisation and companionship. We do not provide personal care, nursing or medical treatment.
How quickly will you respond?
We aim to respond to enquiries within one working day, and often much sooner. Messages received outside normal working hours will be picked up as soon as possible.
Can I book one-off support?
Yes. Flexible one-off and occasional support is available without joining a membership.
