How often can you visit my home?
Visits can be arranged daily, several times each week, weekly or according to a bespoke schedule agreed during your consultation.
Will I receive confirmation after each visit?
Yes. We can provide a short message, checklist, photographs or a more detailed update depending on your preference.
Can you look after pets?
Pet feeding, fresh water, litter care and companionship visits may be available following a consultation. Overnight pet sitting is considered by arrangement.
Can you let a contractor into my home?
Yes. We can provide access to approved contractors, wait while work is carried out where agreed and confirm when the property is secure afterwards.
Can you prepare my home before I return?
Yes. This can include groceries, heating adjustments, fresh bedding, light tidying, opening curtains and completing a final property check.
Do you provide emergency call-outs?
Emergency availability is not guaranteed. Where key holding or ongoing support has been arranged, we will clearly explain any available response arrangements in advance.
